Supervisor Lindsey P. Horvath and DEO are launching the Malibu-Topanga Business Interruption Fund (BIF) to support small businesses suffering financial losses as a direct result of the loss of customers due to the closures of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and Topanga Canyon Boulevard.
